Account Manager, Experiential Marketing

Framework Group is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Brand Division. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, scope development and account growth. We’re looking for someone with a strong agency account management or experiential client services background who understands experiential marketing and can independently manage client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing business. You’ll serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for assigned accounts, translating client needs into clear scopes and actionable briefs while partnering closely with our production and operations teams to move programs from concept through execution. You’ll work across experiential programs in action sports, music, motorsports and lifestyle categories, partnering closely with our production team to bring brand experiences to life. This is a client-facing role for someone who can build trusted relationships, manage competing priorities and understand both the creative and commercial sides of experiential work. What you’ll own: Manage day-to-day client relationships and communication across assigned accounts Lead weekly client status calls and maintain clear status documentation Manage client approvals across creative, scope and schedule against production deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, routing internally or escalating when appropriate Monitor client satisfaction and identify relationship risks early Translate client requirements into clear briefs and scopes for internal production teams Develop scope for programs that are not yet fully defined Support statement of work development with clear client-facing scope language Manage change order documentation from identification through client approval Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts, partnering with senior leadership on commercial terms Build relationships across client organizations beyond the primary day-to-day contact Support proposal development and new business pitches Maintain pipeline documentation and support development of capability materials and case studies Produce post-event recaps and maintain client reporting between activations Prepare quarterly business review materials What we’re looking for: 6+ years of client-facing experience in agency account management, client services, experiential marketing or brand activations Professional experience in experiential marketing, sponsorship marketing or brand activations, including independent ownership of day-to-day client relationships Demonstrated experience growing existing client accounts and the ability to speak directly to revenue outcomes Ability to independently manage senior-level client relationships Strong written communication skills across briefs, proposals, scopes and client reporting Commercial fluency and confidence discussing scope, budgets and program requirements with clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, programs and deadlines simultaneously Authorization to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Action sports, music, motorsports or lifestyle brand experience Experience supporting new business pitches in an agency environment Familiarity with experiential production and activation workflows Experience developing scopes of work, managing client approvals and change orders This role is based out of Framework Group’s San Clemente office and requires regular in-person collaboration with our Brand, production and operations teams.
