Position Overview At Main Event, our Servers provide excellent food, drinks, and entertainment for guests. As a Server you will deliver timely service, recommend menu items, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Daily Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and greet guests, ambassador of fun. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipating guests’ needs. Create memorable experiences through exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and policies. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain clean and safe section; complete side duties. Requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, not required. Guest-focused mindset. Strong teamwork ability. State-required serving age and alcohol certification as required. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
