Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking a Team Lead for our retail stores in Jacksonville. The role assists the Store and Assistant Store Managers with daily operations, staff training, and achieving sales targets. You will oversee donated goods processing and ensure excellent customer and donor relations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, POS proficiency, and a proactive, team-focused attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
