Summary As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-9/11, you will be part of HR Solutions, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will work with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, Account Managers, Agency Customers and leadership to discover customer needs, document requirements, and design and test Federal HRIT products supporting Core HCM and USA Staffing. - Evaluate customer goals, problems, or questions to design products that meet their Core HCM or USA Staffing needs.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and OPM product managers to ensure system requirements are accurately captured and implemented in the HCM or USA Staffing platform.
- Identify and document user story acceptance criteria that can be understood by testers and engineering teams.
- Contribute to user story progression through multiple stages of the software lifecycle (e.g., requirements development, planning, development, testing, deployment, implementation) to meet customer needs.
- Consult with current and potential customer agencies to identify their needs and translate them into user stories and test cases for system documentation.
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system behavior against requirements.
- Research Tier 2 help desk issues and respond to customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of meaningful user support content.
- Innovate new solutions in the Federal HR space to balance user, agency and government-wide needs and priorities.

- Assisting with projects to evaluate, implement, or improve business systems; AND
- Supporting collaboration with stakeholders and technical staff to gather and document business requirements; AND
- Assisting with testing activities in support of system implementations or enhancements; AND
- Documenting business processes, workflows, or functional requirements to support system improvements.
- Coordinating or supporting projects to evaluate, implement, or improve business systems; AND
- Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications; AND
- Planning and executing testing activities for system implementations or enhancements, including documenting results and identifying issues; AND
- Analyzing and documenting business processes or workflows to recommend or support system improvements.
