Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Strong full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
Significant to-go/catering experience
Solid tenure with stellar employment references
Hands-on leadership style, working side-by-side to support the team
Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
Ability and desire to travel for training (company paid)
