Patient Care Coordinator The Balanced Body Center | Matthews, NC

The Balanced Body Center is a thriving, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic located in Matthews, NC. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care through chiropractic, functional medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy, thermography, exercise therapy, and other natural healthcare services.
We are seeking a positive, organized, and dependable team member to join our growing practice. This individual will work closely with our doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure every patient receives exceptional care and a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
As our practice continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a mission-driven healthcare team that is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health and wellness.
Position Overview
The primary focus of this role is front desk patient care coordination, while also assisting with marketing and community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, embraces technology, and has an appreciation for natural health and wellness.
Responsibilities
Patient Care & Front Desk Operations
· Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming environment
· Manage patient flow throughout the office
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Check patients in and out efficiently
· Collect payments and maintain accurate records
· Assist patients with supplements, testing kits, and wellness products
· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
· Support doctors and therapists with daily office operations
· Complete assigned administrative projects and office tasks
· Assist with managing the clinics social media platforms
· Support in marketing campaigns outside of the office

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred (willing to train)
· Experience with social media management and basic marketing preferred
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable moving throughout a large office setting
· Appreciation for natural healthcare and wellness
Schedule
We offer flexible weekday scheduling (Monday–Friday). Candidates should be available for:
· Two evenings per week until approximately 7:30 PM
· One early morning shift beginning at 7:00 AM
As our practice continues to grow and additional providers join the team, scheduling needs may evolve.
Compensation
Competitive compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
