The associate will manage inventory, process orders, and maintain organized records to support seamless parts availability. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory or point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and handling parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive, industrial, or equipment parts sales or inventory management.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs and electronic ordering systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical or technical terminology related to parts and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Experience working with diverse customer populations in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs.
• Process parts orders accurately using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, including receiving and stocking parts.
• Communicate effectively with service technicians and suppliers to verify part specifications and availability.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist in managing returns, warranties, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Support the parts department in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
