Job Title : Patient/Treatment Coordinator
Location : McKee Family Dentistry, Loveland, CO
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible)
Compensation : $24 to $29 per hour

Job Summary:
McKee Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Patient/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individual who can transition seamlessly into our dental office. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and builds quick rapport with patients. Dental office experience is required, along with strong computer skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars.
• Respond to patient inquiries and support patient needs.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support a positive and cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental office experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent computer and practice management software skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused work ethic.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $24 to $29 depending on experience.
