Requirements
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

$5,000 sign-on bonus
CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Load Pay
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Take on nationwide flatbed hauls from Milford, leveraging our modern fleet and dedicated support network.

Position Overview:

Drive sleeper-equipped tractors with APUs and inverters
Secure and transport flatbed cargo with precision
Maintain logs and adhere to federal safety regulations

Driver Rewards:

$0.70/mile base pay plus $0.10/mile safety/productivity bonus
$5,000 sign-on bonus and reliable home time schedules
Health, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and 401(k)

Candidates must hold a Class A CDL and minimum 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
