Your Mission: Sell, Lead & Elevate the Shopping Experience Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best. Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases. Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success. Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture. Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity. Prove that you can deliver top results! Compensation The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here.
