Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thu: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help support authorized access, observe security-related concerns, and report suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures. Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activities, incidents, and/or observations, while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
