Concrete Form Carpenter / Finisher

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Form Carpenter / Finisher to join our construction and maintenance team in Grafton, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to both learn and mentor others on the crew. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Set and secure concrete forms accurately
• Operate a variety of concrete equipment safely and effectively
• Perform finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and stamping concrete
• Use hand and power tools related to the trade
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality project completion
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete work (form setting and finishing required)

Skills:

• Concrete form setting
• Operation of concrete-related machinery
• Stamped concrete application
• Proficiency with all standard hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per day during peak season
• Comfortable working in a range of outdoor weather conditions

Schedule:

• 8– 10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
