POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Wythe County office in Wytheville, VA

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

We’re looking to hire a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to work in our Wythe County Office . This position will service existing accounts while growing new business in the surrounding area.

Our Insurance Sales Agents start with an existing book of business, a base salary and the potential for additional income from a variety of sources:

• Lucrative Sign-On Bonus!
