We are seeking a Sales Account Rep to join our team!
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a sales representative for Emily Adams State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Must be able to obtain SC Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance producer licenses.
