Job Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in their own homes, and work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report patient conditions to our healthcare team

• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Collaborate with our caregivers to develop personalized care plans

• Engage with patients and family members to provide emotional support and education

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Caregiver in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required
