Traffic Coordinator, Cleveland Studios

Posted: Aug 06, 2026 / Cleveland / Full Time / Advertising Description Great Lakes Studios, a community-focused media company, is looking for an Traffic Coordinator for ourCleveland Studiosdivision. This hybrid office position is based in our downtown Cleveland office. In-office work will be required 1-2 days per week and available each day. The successful candidate will provide support for the advertising, production, and studio teams in our digital and print products. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the middle of the action. Smart, hard-working, team-oriented people in this role have gone on to senior leadership positions in sales, production, digital and corporate management. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager ofCleveland Studios. Cleveland Studios is a division of Great Lakes Studios, owned and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities Traffic creative between advertising clients and our print production/studios teams Manage client digital ad campaigns (Proprietary Website, Email, and Social) Collect client creative Fulfill and optimize campaigns Provide performance analytics reports to account management team Work with Editorial team to manage sponsored social post availability Work with Account Management team to manage email newsletter advertising availability Manage and maintain CRM Attend Account Management, Cleveland Studios and Operations department meetings once per week and be an active contributor to the teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; (Degree preference in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field) Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
