MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE – TITLE & SETTLEMENT SERVICES Quality Title Front Royal, VA 22630 $50,000 – $70,000 / Year Full Time Submissions Due by 2026-08-15 Quality Title, LLC is a busy and growing title and settlement company headquartered in Front Royal, VA, with an additional office in Winchester, VA. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. This position will focus on growing and strengthening Quality Title's presence throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia by developing meaningful relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate understands the title and real estate industry, enjoys building professional relationships, and is motivated to help our referral partners grow their businesses while promoting the exceptional service and expertise Quality Title provides. Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other industry professionals. Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners. Educate agents and lenders about title and settlement services and provide resources that help support and grow their businesses. Represent Quality Title at networking events, industry functions, real estate events, and community activities throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. Maintain active involvement in local Chambers of Commerce, professional associations, networking groups, and other relevant organizations. Develop and maintain an engaging and professional social media presence. Collaborate with the Quality Title marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns. Use CRM software to track contacts, marketing activities, referrals, leads, and return on investment. Consistently follow up with referral partners and prospective clients. Represent Quality Title professionally and positively in the communities we serve. Qualifications Licensed Title Agent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the title, settlement, mortgage, or related real estate industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree is preferred. Familiarity with Qualia is a plus. Experience using CRM and marketing platforms. Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend networking and industry events. Compensation Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.
