AppleTree Staffing has partnered with an industry leader in northeast Indianapolis, seeking reliable Assemblers to join their team.

In this role, the candidate will be specializing in coil winding, they will play a crucial role in our production process. This entry-level position involves winding and epoxying coils with the utmost precision. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, skilled with their hands and thrive in a finesse-oriented environment.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative leader and is known for their commitment to quality and precision. We are seeking an Assembly Worker with a keen eye for detail and a knack for hands-on work to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Accurately wind and epoxy coils according to specifications.
Work meticulously to ensure precision and quality in every coil wound.
Read and interpret technical blueprints to guide your work.
Utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Embrace the repetitious nature of the work, ensuring consistent quality.
Be prepared for a hands-on role that may get dirty at times.

To excel in this role, an ideal candidate would possess some of the following skills and attributes:

Soldering: Experience in soldering techniques.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret and work from technical blueprints.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude: An innate understanding of how mechanical systems work.
Auto Repair Experience: Familiarity with automotive repairs.
Small Engine Repair: Proficiency in repairing small engines.
Model Building: Experience with model airplane or car building.
Hobbies: Passion for hobbies involving model building, R/C airplane/car assembly, electronics, woodworking, or mechanical assembly using basic tools.
