Overview We are hiring multiple outside sales reps in many West Coast cities, including: Orange County, Seattle WA, Sacramento CA, Los Angeles CA, Fresno CA, Santa Cruz CA, San Francisco CA, Portland OR, San Diego CA, and more. Who We Are Looking For Results and goal oriented individuals with a competitive hunter mindset Growth minded Thrive when given freedom and autonomy Proven track record of exceeding your quota in a high velocity environment, please include quotas/KPIs, quota attainment, and any achievements (president club, summit club, highest sales of the year, etc.) on your resume Passionate about food and people Go-getter mentality with ability to innovate and get things done Enjoy working collaboratively with management and other team members throughout the sales process Confident go getters who are not afraid to pick up the phone or visit restaurants to speak with prospective clients Dedicated to contributing to the growth of your community and the SpotHopper brand Experience in the service industry is a plus; please include this on your resume What You’ll Do There are two opportunities to join our sales team depending on experience: Junior Account Executive (less than 2 years of B2B hunting in tech/SaaS) with a 6-month ramp period to prepare for the full Account Executive role Full Account Executive (SAAS, marketing, full cycle, hunter oriented) with formal training followed by field activity Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close Collaborate with the Customer Success team on post-sale work Focus on bringing new business, selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach Demonstrate the SpotHopper platform to restaurant owners and align offerings with their needs Meet with restaurant owners (1–4 meetings per day) We offer both Inside and Outside Sales roles; we can discuss the best fit based on your background and location What We Offer Compensation when starting as a Jr AE: $75-85k OTE (Base $50-60k) Promotion to full AE typically within 6 months with the AE compensation structure Starting as a full Account Executive: year one $100-120k OTE (Base $60-75k) Many full AEs earn $150-200k+ by year two Performance-based equity options Monthly stipend for operational expenses Healthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance 401K matching Unlimited time off Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely Monthly stipend to spend on local restaurants to help employees stay connected with the service industry Jr AE stipend: $300 per month Full AE stipend: $500 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr SpotHopper
