Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse position is located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing care for patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, substance abuse, and psychiatric diagnoses in a 38-bed facility. The scheduled shift is during the day, with duties matching the clinical needs of the adult patient population.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of experience in telemetry Medical-Surgical (MS) units, IV skills, and experience with adult patient populations.
• Patient Population: Cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, substance abuse, and medical diagnoses with underlying psychiatric disorders
• Unit Details: 38 beds, RN/PCT ratios are 1:5 on days and 1:6 on weekends; PCT/Pt ratio is 1:10
• Previous Employment with Healthcare System: If a candidate has previously worked in any capacity for any healthcare facilities within this system, this must be noted on the coversheet and in the work history to verify rehire status before an offer is made.
