Lead Sales Advisor

Education: Bachelors Degree
Job Function: Finance | Full-Time
We are looking for a client-focused Lead Sales Advisor to meet qualified prospects, provide financial planning recommendations, and build long-term client relationships. Qualified appointments are provided by our marketing and lead development teams, so there is no cold calling or self-generated prospecting .
Key Responsibilities- Meet with qualified prospective clients and understand their financial goals.
- Present customized retirement, investment, and income planning strategies.
- Recommend appropriate investment, insurance, and retirement solutions.
- Build client relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with planning and service teams.
- Maintain CRM records and meet compliance and business goals.
- 35+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services.
- Bachelors degree.
- Illinois Life Health License.
- Series 65 or Series 66 + Series 7.
- Strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- CFP designation is a plus.
