# Electrical Engineer IIITential SolutionsContractseniorFulton, Maryland, USPosted Yesterday## Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, that can lead the design of electronics, interfaces, firmware, and products for commercial, space, industrial, and military applications. You will serve as a technical lead, applying engineering principles to design, analyze, develop, test, and debug components and systems. Responsibilities include system design, prototyping, integration, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for junior staff. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.This is a full-time, on-site position in Fulton, MD.### Responsibilities* Lead circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical subsystem development* Drive projects from concept through testing and qualification* Design, prototype, integrate, troubleshoot, and test hardware systems* Develop technical documentation, reports, and test procedures* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers* Support client discussions, design reviews, and technical presentations* Participate in off-site testing and field support activities### Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field* 9+ years of relevant engineering experience* Experience with RF systems and SDR platforms* Experience with embedded systems and firmware development* Proficiency with C/C++ and/or Python* Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or OrCAD* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments### Preferred Qualifications* Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering* Experience with embedded platforms, microcontrollers, SBCs, and SoMs* Prior technical leadership experienceAdditional InformationCandidates must be eligible to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance.### Benefits* Competitive PTO and paid holidays* Health reimbursement benefits* 401(k) with company contribution* Short- and long-term disability coverage* Paid training and career development* Opportunity to make a direct impact within a growing engineering team #J-18808-Ljbffr
