• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards at all times.
• Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
