Sales Support Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team due to growth! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire with a full benefits package paying $55-65k. Prior sales support and Salesforce experience required to be eligible for this role! Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for Director of Sales Receive new work orders via email and provide information on various products, pricing, etc. Create work orders and enter specifications in Salesforce Utilize ERP to track orders and communicate with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics) to provide customer with order updates, delays in transit, extended lead times, etc. Assist Director of Sales with event coordination for incoming Sales staff and/or clients Qualifications: Prior experience in a sales support role and experience using Salesforce required for this role Quickbooks and/or additional ERP experience a plus Must be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, and adaptable #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
