HR Director: Scale Tech Talent & M&A Leader

This is a hands-on leadership role, with 100% onsite for the first 90 days and primarily onsite thereafter in Torrance, CA or Plano, TX. The role requires building teams, implementing systems, and ensuring multi-state compliance across CA and TX while aligning with our four core values.
