Saviynt is recognized as the leader in identity security, with solutions that protect and empower the world's leading brands, Fortune 500 companies and government institutions.As a Technical Program Manager, you will be expected to be versed in the technical domains and be able to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design creative products that will secure our digital life.What You Will Do:Work with key partners in product management, engineering and cross-functional teams to manage the project deliverablesFacilitate cross-functional development on new technology from design through deliveryWork with onsite and remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelinesCommunicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change controlResponsible for driving a wide range of development & infrastructure work-streams as part of any given technical initiative. Able to work closely with Technical Architects/Technical leaders and understand technical topics at a high levelProvide visibility and metrics of the current state of vulnerabilities to partners, as well as oversight and accountability of SLAsEffectively communicate critical issue status to all partners and teammatesIdentify systemic and pervasive issues related to processes and drive actions to prevent future problemsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree, advanced technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management experienceDeep understanding of the agile software development lifecycle is a mustExperience in project management and coordinating/driving release schedules Executive presentation skills and experience in running program meetingsHands on experience with JIRA admin level, Confluence and other Atlassian products is a plusExcellent technical, problem-solving and communication skillsOwnership for driving progress and resolution of customer's critical issuesKnowledge of cloud and firewall technology is a plusDetail oriented and results drivenA strong sense of urgency and bias for action$220,000 - $240,000 a year We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $220,000 to $240,000 annually.
