Day shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (10:30 AM - 11:00 PM) with on-call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic surgical environment and be comfortable handling both scrub and circulation roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist in the surgical procedures both as a scrub nurse and in circulating capacities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during surgical interventions.
• Monitor patient vitals and post-operative recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in operating room nursing strongly preferred.
• Current SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Radiation Badge (provided by agency) is necessary.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center and scrub experience is highly preferred.
