We're looking for a B2B Outside Sales Representative who loves meeting people, building relationships, opening doors, and winning businessand who genuinely cares about the businesses they're helping.

If you're confident talking to business owners, comfortable picking up the phone and making the first move, and motivated by turning a cold prospect into a long-term client, we'd love to meet you.

The Role:

You'll be the face of Castle in the business community, responsible for building relationships and developing new business throughout our market.

You'll:

• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and other creative strategies.
• Spend significant time in the field meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify business challenges and connect prospects with the right Castle solutions.
• Sell solutions including Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Networking, Business Phones, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Compliance, and more.
• Own the sales process from first conversation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Work alongside our technical team when deeper technical expertise is needed.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Develop long-term relationships that create both new and recurring revenue.
• Represent Castle at networking events and throughout the local business community.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, competitive, curious, and comfortable being uncomfortable.

You don't have to be an IT expert. You do need to know how to talk to people.

The right person will:

• Have previous B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Be comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and asking for the meeting.
• Be confident communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Know how to build genuine relationshipsnot just collect business cards.
• Be persistent without being pushy.
• Be organized, self-motivated, accountable, and coachable.
• Be curious and willing to learn how technology can solve real business problems.
• Be comfortable working independently while collaborating with a technical team.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Be willing to spend the majority of the workday out in the field.

Technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or MSP experience is a plusbut it's not required.

We'll teach you the technology. You bring the hustle, curiosity, and people skills.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000 base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

• Uncapped commission on Managed IT Services and recurring revenue
