We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! If you enjoy working with numbers, collaborating with others, and helping improve processes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with payroll and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Work in QuickBooks to manage daily accounting tasks
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Someone who enjoys being part of the solution and is always looking for ways to improve processes
