This role will play a key part in supporting accounting operations and assisting leadership during a transition period due to recent transitions within the department and continued company growth. Overview Of The Accounting Manager Role Lead on month-end close Forecasting – monthly/quarterly Data analysis/adhoc reporting Process improvements, help build processes from the ground up Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to dive into operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience Policy and procedure control mindset GAAP knowledge Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – mandatory, experience with an ERP system Team-oriented, highly effective communication skills at all levels of an organization Public Accounting experience – plus Salary 100,000–125,000, plus bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
