Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT license in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting or with adolescent populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals related to occupational therapy
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches suited for high school-aged students

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to high school students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that promote students’ success in academic and functional school activities
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and compliance with regulations
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional insight and recommendations
• Participate in professional development and school-based team meetings as required
