Who You Are:

You're a seasoned construction sales professional who understands renovation, outdoor living, and detached structures. You know how to listen, diagnose problems, and offer solutions—not just push a sale. You're confident, but not pushy. You build trust and credibility through expertise, communication, and follow-through.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• Consult with homeowners to understand their renovation and outdoor living needs.
\n
• Educate clients on project feasibility, costs, and timelines.
\n
• Build and present proposals with detailed scopes of work and pricing.
\n
• Close deals confidently while ensuring clients feel informed, heard, and secure.
\n
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
\n
• Manage the client relationship throughout the from the start to the end of the project.
\n
• Manage a sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and CRM updates.
\n

What You Bring:

\n

\n
• Proven experience (3+ years) in renovation, outdoor living, or custom building sales.
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project sequencing.
\n
• A consultative sales approach. You listen first and sell second.
\n
• Clear, professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
\n
• Ability to estimate projects accurately and sell based on value, not just price.
\n
• Self-motivation and accountability. You take ownership of your pipeline and results.
\n
• Experience using a CRM and sales tracking system.
\n
