Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure (Fully Remote)

This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role embedded with the team for daily standup, code review, and delivery planning. You own both the team's output and its growth, leading by example with current technical skills. Work AI-augmented and push the team's craft forward with every new capability. Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and professional development through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and candid feedback. Write and review code, drive architectural decisions, and uphold engineering standards. Own the team's commitments, run a disciplined planning cadence, and partner with product on scope and sequencing. Qualifications: 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles with active coding. Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products, especially on Azure, with FinOps background. Deep technical fluency in the team's primary stack and strong opinions on high-performing engineering teams. Unlimited vacation and flexible working options.
