Regional Drivers typically spend 5‑7 days on the road and return home weekly, with 34‑48 hours at home. Over‑the‑Road Drivers generally stay out four weeks followed by a four‑day home period while averaging 2,200‑2,500 miles per week. Team Drivers run approximately 4,500‑5,000 miles per week, providing access to higher mileage opportunities and strong earning potential. Freight and Equipment Drivers haul dry van freight with 85% drop‑and‑hook and 100% no‑touch loads. Our fleet includes International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10‑speed manual transmissions, 1,500‑watt inverters, and Opti‑idle technology. Assigned trucks can be taken home when secure parking is available. Compensation Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week through direct deposit. Additional compensation opportunities include layover pay, multi‑stop pay, annual safety bonuses, and load bonuses.
