As a
Clinical Manager – Adults & Pediatrics,
you'll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high-quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
This office provides best in class care throughout Monmouth County.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.
Model The BAYADA Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
What You Bring
Required:
Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred).
Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.
Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time role: exempt
Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
Participation in on-call rotation as needed
