Marketing Operations Coordinator

A growing B2B organization in the Greenville, SC area is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its team. This is a hands-on marketing role focused on campaign execution, marketing technology, lead generation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination between Marketing and Sales. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys executing marketing initiatives and working in the details rather than focusing primarily on creative strategy. What You'll Do Execute email, digital, lead generation, and marketing campaigns Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation activities Build and manage email campaigns, forms, workflows, and landing pages Support lead generation initiatives and help ensure leads are properly tracked and managed Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and dashboards Track key metrics including engagement, conversions, website activity, and campaign performance Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, vendors, and deliverables Support trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives Collaborate closely with Sales to support lead management and marketing initiatives Help maintain accurate and organized marketing data and processes Provide general marketing support across a growing B2B organization What We're Looking For 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field Experience working with a CRM or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is highly preferred Hands-on experience with email marketing, lead generation, digital campaigns, or marketing automation Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance Excellent organization and project coordination skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working collaboratively with both Marketing and Sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Nice-to-Have Experience B2B marketing experience HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub Webinars and trade shows Marketing dashboards and reporting Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, technology, or other B2B environment Why This Opportunity?
