DELIVER POWERFUL RESULTS

To achieve our vision, we are searching for Art Teachers with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and mastery of visual arts to join our community. A strong preference for experience in pottery and kiln operation. Responsibilities: * Execute a vision of excellence in visual arts, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity in all students * Build a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families * Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed * Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement * Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth * Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator * Lead a strong after-school art program that furthers students' passion and skill set

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $105,500. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary closer to the beginning of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
