Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Mendota Heights company to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative . If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for participants and providers, assisting with plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status. This is a temporary role expected to last through January 2027.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from providers and participants with professionalism and empathy
- Document conversations and update system notes accurately
- Stay up-to-date on assigned plans and apply knowledge to all customer interactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual Spanish
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call center
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
