What You'll Do Manage a small, quality-focused caseload. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs. Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers. Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements. Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Experience supervising RBTs preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing the remaining responsibilities remotely.
