Seeking NetSuite/SuiteScript Developer for Implementation and Beyond!

Job Description

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty is seeking a talented NetSuite Developer to work closely with our in-house development and external implementation teams in support of a successful UAT and Go-Live in early 2027. Following launch, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments to recommend continuous process improvement opportunities and develop technical solutions as needed using NetSuite SuiteScript, Java, and/or SQL

This is not a remote role.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather and translate business requirements.
Responsible for NetSuite administration including system setup, user access/roles/permissions, data integrity
Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript, workflows, and custom records.
Lead integrations with third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, Payroll).
Act as NetSuite subject-matter expert, driving automation and best practices.
Maintain system integrity through sandbox testing, releases, and audits.
Support UAT, documentation, training, and go‐live readiness.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite Support.

Required Qualifications

3-6 years hands-on NetSuite development, integration and administration experience.
Advanced SuiteScript (2.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and saved searches.
Experience integrating NetSuite using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON.
Proficient in JavaScript and SQL.
Demonstrated success migrating financial or supply chain systems to NetSuite.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite Developer Certification(s).
Experience with middleware platforms.
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or eCommerce.
