Registered Behavior Therapist_Cedar Hill, Tennessee

Abilities Unlimited is currently hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician. Below is the details of the position:
Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges. You'll work in various settings-homes, schools, and community environments-to support each child's growth and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Be punctual and reliable across all assigned sessions

Requirements
Education:

• High school diploma (Required)
• Registered Behavior Technician 40 hour training (Preferred)

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children (Preferred)
• Prior ABA or special education experience is a plus
• RBT

Work Location: Clarksville, Pleasant View, Dover, Tennessee (nearby areas are also welcome to apply)
