Warehouse Clerk

Warehouse Clerk Summary Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk accepts and processes incoming stock orders. Performs all functions related to the receipt and storage of factory sourced parts, accessories and related material. Develop professional and technical skills on an ongoing basis. Act as a worthy representative of Prévost at all times. Responsibilities Receive incoming orders, check for damages or missing components of shipments, and process quality management claims timely. Receive, document and store inbound shipments from factory in a timely and efficient manner. Put parts into inventory location. Retrieve back‑ordered items from inbound shipments. Identify back‑order customers and process to back‑order by packaging, invoicing and shipping. Process customer orders that are part of incoming stock orders and advise appropriate parts specialist. Assist with inventory administration. Monitor and adjust inventory levels as necessary, and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy. Maintain work area and environment clean and ordered. Participate in job‑related training exercises when appropriate or necessary. Ensure forklift is in good operating order. Check customer RGA’s for damages or missing components and process timely. Participate in Operational Development team activities. Perform various other tasks as assigned. Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent. Certified Fork Lift Operator. Minimum Experience 2 years of relevant work‑related experience. Physical Requirements Able to lift 35 lbs. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to be mobile through the warehouse and parts department. Able to tolerate extreme local temperatures. Compensation Base pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour, with potential bonus eligibility.
