As a Job Coach(known internally as a Career Resource Specialist) you will help individuals learn and strengthen their life skills as it relates to employment and education.

A typical day might include the following:

• Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives

• Helping individuals create a customized resume and complete applications for either jobs or school admissions

• Coaching and preparing for interviews

• Assisting individuals at their job sites to ensure success and independence

• Community-based travel in your personal vehicle to facilitate community-based job development and coaching , ensuring all services are delivered directly in the local environment. (mileage reimbursement provided)

Career growth opportunities – potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience:

• Management of a small team

Additional requirements include:

• Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling within your local community

• Monday – Friday, daytime business hours (flexibility offered for part-time)

• Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device
