We're seeking a dedicated nurse with an active Texas LVN license , current in-person CPR/BLS certification , a valid Texas driver's license , active auto insurance , and a recent TB test or chest X-ray . Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in a home health agency, clinic, or healthcare setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
