Role:

Coordinate the training department and evaluates overall employee effectiveness and performance by applying individual and group training techniques and programs consistent with the credit union's organizational priorities.

E ssential Functions & Responsibilities:

•Develops, implements, and conducts training programs that reflect the needs of new and existing employees. Oversees new employee orientation sessions and on-the-job training, including using computers, hardware, and software; conducts refresher and upgrades training.

•Investigates and researches available training methods and procedures to determine new orimproved training methods and new and improved content materials.•Conducts seminars and workshops on new products, policies, and procedures for all staff.

•Analyzes training programs to determine the effectiveness of programs. Tracks trainees’ progress through tests, observation, and feedback from supervisors; evaluates the effectiveness of the current training

•Tracks the progress of trainees through routine tests, observation, and feedback from supervisors; evaluates the effectiveness of the current training.

•Keeps up-to-date with new technologies, training trends, and products and services of the credit union. Maintain knowledge of instructional technologies by attending seminars and reviewing professional publications.

•Reviews member documents and processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations, organizational policies, and procedures.

•Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
