Patient Safety Associate - Central Monitoring Unit

Patient Safety Associate - Central Monitoring Unit (2500034C) Overview This role supports patient care by providing indirect and direct care services, including nutrition, hygiene, safety, and physical and emotional comfort, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The responsibilities include performing duties in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in patient settings with extensive interaction with patients, staff, physicians, family members, and visitors. Tasks include lifting, bending, stooping, and exposure to blood‑borne pathogens. This position is classified as Level I pursuant to OSHA guidelines for occupational exposure to blood and potentially infectious body fluids. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. and Florida CNA certification.
