Taco Bell Shift ManagerShift Managers are individuals who take accountability for restaurant operations while on duty. These individuals should be willing and able to motivate team members beyond their expectations to deliver 5-star customer service to both customers and colleagues. Shift Managers should be open to challenges and tackle any problems as they arise.Major Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
