Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

28Ten Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our mission to life for the clients and communities we serve. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of client events, digital communications, and brand touchpoints that connect people to our Generational Planning Process . You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and the broader team to keep our marketing consistent, professional, and true to who we are.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Client Experience Support

• Assist in planning and executing client and prospect events, including educational workshops, dinner seminars, and client appreciation experiences.
• Help coordinate event logistics such as venue details, materials, technology, and day-of setup, ensuring every event reflects the 28Ten brand.
• Support registration, guest check-in, and on-site coordination to create a warm, organized experience for attendees.
• Help track RSVPs and event budgets and assist in gathering feedback for post-event evaluations.
• Look for ways to create meaningful, personal touchpoints that turn client moments into Generational Moments.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Support the creation and scheduling of email communications, newsletters, and social media content that reflect our voice and mission.
• Help keep the firm's website and digital platforms current, accurate, and aligned with our brand.
• Assist in developing content for presentations, client materials, and digital campaigns that speak to our Make It Generational message.
• Monitor social media channels and help foster an engaged, positive online community.

CRM & Marketing Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and prospect marketing interactions in the firm's CRM.
• Help organize and maintain marketing materials, templates, and brand assets so the team always has what it needs.
• Support lead tracking and follow-up efforts alongside advisors and the Operations Manager to keep prospects engaged.
• Prepare simple reports on event attendance, campaign activity, and marketing progress for leadership review.

Brand & Team Collaboration

• Help ensure all client-facing materials and communications are consistent with 28Ten's brand and Generational Planning Process.
• Collaborate with advisors and operations staff to gather content and stay ahead of upcoming marketing needs.
• Bring ideas to the table for new ways to engage clients and prospects in the spirit of stewardship over ownership.
• Support compliance by ensuring marketing materials are reviewed and approved before distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable using common marketing, design, and productivity tools, and quick to learn new systems.
• A collaborative, dependable, and proactive approach to getting things done.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Prior experience supporting in-person events or client experiences.
