Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate departments when necessary. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling challenging situations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
