Position Overview Santé is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Westminster, MD (Carroll County). This is a Full‑time, in‑person role working Monday to Friday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. (overnight). All duties are performed on site; this is not a remote position. Responsibilities Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations. Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation. Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources. Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed. Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner. Requirements Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience. Experience is preferred but not required. Current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW‑C or LCPC). Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire. Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance. Benefits Hourly Rate: $34.00‑$37.00 per hour, based on experience and licensure.
